1. Data controller and scope
This policy covers the AlpinePRO mobile application provided by Cihan Çakmak. For privacy questions and deletion requests, you can write to jspspratik@gmail.com.

3. Prominent background-location disclosure
AlpinePRO collects location data to enable track recording, background tracking, and target approach alerts when you turn these features on, even when the app is closed or not in use. Android's background location permission is not requested until this disclosure is shown within the app and "Accept and continue" is selected.
Background location is not used for advertising. You can turn off background tracking and background track recording from the Settings section, and revoke the location permission from device settings.
4. Purposes and sharing
- Data is used to provide map, coordinate, navigation, track recording, weather, photo geotagging, voice note, and team functionalities.
- Personal or sensitive data is not sold, rented, or used for behavioral advertising.
- Team data is only shared with authorized members of the same team and with Google Firebase to operate the service.
- For weather queries, the coordinate may be sent to Open-Meteo; online map requests may be sent to the selected map provider.
5. Service providers
- Google Firebase: anonymous authentication, team database, and user-uploaded team files.
- Google Maps Platform: 3D map view.
- Microsoft Bing Maps, Esri, OpenStreetMap, OpenTopoMap, and CARTO: selected online map layers.
- Open-Meteo: coordinate-based weather.
- Mapbox and Open-Elevation: selected terrain/elevation data.
6. Data retention and deletion policy

In the event of a legal obligation, security incident, or dispute, only mandatory records may be kept on a limited basis during the obligation period. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days at the latest after identity/team verification.
7. Security and international transfers
All network communication between our app and servers is highly protected by being encrypted with HTTPS/TLS protocols. Local app data on your device is kept in the operating system's isolated secure area. All your cloud-based data (Firebase) is securely stored and protected in encrypted form on Google's servers with high security standards.
8. Your choices and rights
You can revoke location, camera, microphone, and notification permissions from device settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, write your in-app display name, team code, and request to jspspratik@gmail.com. Do not send unnecessary identity documents.
9. Children and changes
The app is not directed to children. If you believe data belonging to a child has been processed, contact us. If this policy changes, the date is updated and significant changes are announced within the app when necessary.

3. Arka plan konumu hakkında belirgin açıklama
AlpinePRO; iz kaydını, arka plan takibini ve hedef yaklaşma uyarılarını, siz bu özellikleri açtığınızda uygulama kapalı veya kullanımda olmasa bile etkinleştirmek için konum verilerini toplar. Android arka plan konum izni, bu açıklama uygulamada gösterilene ve "Kabul et ve devam et" seçilene kadar istenmez. Reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz ve Ayarlar'dan devre dışı bırakılabilir.
4. Kullanım amaçları ve paylaşım
Veriler; haritalar, koordinatlar, navigasyon, iz kaydı, hava durumu, fotoğrafların coğrafi etiketlenmesi, sesli notlar ve isteğe bağlı ekip özellikleri için kullanılır. Kişisel ve hassas veriler satılmaz. Ekip verileri yalnızca aynı ekibin yetkili üyeleriyle ve bir hizmet sağlayıcı olarak Google Firebase ile paylaşılır. Koordinatlar veya harita istekleri seçilen hava durumu, harita veya yükseklik sağlayıcısına gönderilebilir.
5. Sağlayıcılar
Sağlayıcılar arasında Google Firebase ve Google Maps Platform; Microsoft Bing Maps; Esri; OpenStreetMap, OpenTopoMap ve CARTO; Open-Meteo; Mapbox; ve Open-Elevation bulunur. Çevrimiçi hizmetleri kullanıldığında kendi gizlilik şartları geçerlidir.
6. Saklama ve silme
- Yerel rotalar, izler, hedefler, ayarlar ve uygulama içi medya, siz onları silene, "Ayarlar → Tüm Verileri Sil" seçeneğini kullanana veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar kalır.
- Harita önbelleği temizlenene, depolama sınırı nedeniyle sistem tarafından silinene veya uygulama kaldırılana kadar kalır.
- Galeriye veya Dosyalar'a dışa aktarılan dosyalar, siz onları cihazdan silene kadar orada kalır.

Silme talepleri, makul bir hesap/ekip doğrulamasının ardından 30 gün içinde tamamlanır. Yasa, güvenlik veya uyuşmazlık çözümü gereği kesinlikle gerekli olan kayıtlar yalnızca gerekli süre boyunca saklanabilir.
7. Güvenlik, aktarımlar ve seçenekler
"Uygulamamız ile sunucular arasındaki tüm ağ iletişimi HTTPS/TLS protokolleri ile şifrelenerek üst düzeyde korunmaktadır. Cihazınızdaki yerel uygulama verileri, işletim sisteminin izole edilmiş güvenli alanında muhafaza edilir. Bulut tabanlı tüm verileriniz (Firebase) ise Google'ın yüksek güvenlik standartlarına sahip sunucularında şifrelenmiş olarak güvenle saklanmakta ve korunmaktadır.".

Erişim, düzeltme veya silme talebinde bulunmak için görünen adınız, ekip kodunuz ve talebinizle birlikte jspspratik@gmail.com adresine e-posta gönderin. Gereksiz kimlik belgeleri göndermeyin.
9. Çocuklar ve değişiklikler
Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir. Bir çocuğun verilerinin işlendiğine inanıyorsanız bizimle iletişime geçin. Bu politika değiştiğinde yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleriz ve uygun olduğunda uygulama içi bildirim sağlarız.
